Gary William and Kristina Rosato are co-directors of the Rebel Academy of Philadelphia, PA, with talented teammates Brett Sauder and Suzanne Sauder. Gary W:
Gary William has achieved great success in the professional salon industry by earning the roles of co-director of the Rebel Academy and Head Stylist and Art Director at Gary Charles & Associates Salon in only 5 years. His training began at the Vidal Sassoon Cosmetology School in London and has extended beyond that with advanced haircutting and hairstyling training with top hairstylists around the world. His works are published in Passion Stylebooks, Celebrity 101 Hairstyles, Sophisticate's Hairstyle Guide, Beauty Times, SalonForce.com, SpaElegance.com and Salon Sense Magazine besides numerous other consumer and beauty trade publications.

Gary is a specialist in advanced and creative haircutting techniques as well as to provide product knowledge and sales presentation techniques. Gary's dream is to inspire pride and success for upcoming hairstylists with a fresh and unique approach to their creative work.

Kristina Rosato:
Kristina has experienced many diverse aspects of the professional salon industry, while earning her position as co-director of Rebel Academy. She also serves as Director of the Haircolor, Bridal and Makeup Departments at Gary Charles & Associates Salon. Her extensive advanced personal training includes programs at the L'Oreal International Haircolor Institute, Haircolor USA and the Redken International Exchange. In her 13 successful years of improving herself with advanced educational experiences, she has become a Board Certified Master Haircolorist and a very successful L'Oreal Educator.

Kristina has earned tremendous respect within the beauty industry with manufacturers, distributors, salon owners and haircolorists, as well as with her own salon clientele. Her work has been recognized in numerous professional beauty trade publications such as Coiffure Q, Inspire, SpaElegance.com, BehindTheChair.com, Beauty Times, and Men's Passion Stylebooks, besides being published in many consumer beauty and hair magazines. She has also been published in the local Philadelphia media with stories such as The Learning Channel show; `A Wedding Story'. Her talent has been proven many times in haircolor competitions such as Visions 2000 and 2001, in the Rebel Extreme Hair Show and numerous L'Oreal International stage shows. Kristina plans to create an exciting new haircolor educational system that will set a very distinctive new standard within the professional salon industry. This will be one in which the quality of education will be respected as both true art as well as good business! Kristina has all of her energies focused on teaching, motivating and inspiring other salon professionals to move beyond traditional hair design into a more creative dimension.
