I was in on Saturday. Monica colored my hair and Jordan cut it. Monica was super nice and very attentive. Everyone at work today keeps saying how much they love the color! As for the hair cut, this is the third or fourth time Jordan cut my hair. I absolutley love my hair every time he cuts it. I was skeptical when I decided to go short, but Jordan reassured me it would look good. He was right - it's the best hair cut I've ever had. I'm the working mother of a two year old and needed something that would look polished but didn't require a lot of time. I can blow my hair out in under 10 minutes and it looks perfect every time. Gary Jr. has also cut my hair in the past and he is fantastic. Thanks to a rock star staff at Gary Charles, I no longer have to worry about my hair!

I had my first experience at Gary Charles and Associates Salon last evening and was absolutely blown away by the experience! I am a 35 year old mother of two with a complete head of white hair (well my hair would be all white if I didn't color it!) I have been coloring my own hair and getting my hair cut at home by my sister for years so the whole salon experience was new and very intimidating to me. I made an appointment for color, a cut and my eyebrows to be done. I was impressed with the service from the door! The shampoo girls who helped to remove the years of coloring my hair from a box to the colorist (Kate) who sat down and talked to me and helped me to feel comfortable with the entire process and completely understood my needs and wants, to Jordan who also took the time to talk to me and helped me to feel comfortable with changing my style. I left last night feeling like a new woman after four hours of pampering! The color and highlights from Kate are FABULOUS and the haircut from Jordan is absolutely rockin!

You have made me a a customer for life! I have made the commitment to myself to get my hair colored and cut on a regular basis by Kate/Jordan and actually placed an appointment for five weeks from now before I even left the salon!

My name is Colleen and I recently received a hair cut and color at your salon. This was my first time at your salon and I was thoroughly impressed. My colorist was Gina and she was amazing. She matched the color I described perfectly! Plus, she was so personable and fun to talk to! A great pick-me-up, even during the massive snowstorm. She gave me some wonderful insight as to what products would work for my hair as well. Not only was her work impeccable, but she was very efficient and managed her time well. Lauren was my stylist. She also did a superb job! Again, she matched exactly what I described that I wanted. She suggested a few variations also, which are fabulous! It is such a clean cut, with alot of movement, which I love! I have gotten numerous compliments as to my cut and color, and I immediately refer them right back to your facility! Absolutely phenomenal job in every aspect, from the greeters at the reception area to random employees just being friendly. It is very evident that your salon has an amazing rapport with one another and their customers, treating everyone like family. I can't wait until I need another service!

A couple weeks ago I called to make an appointment - last minute -- and Cathy whom gave me perms some 25 years ago - cut my hair. Well I haven't worn my hair down in at least 18 years - I was always just tying it up or had it chopped - but that all changed since Cathy did my hair! I have been wearing my hair down every day and EVERY one has complimented me. I feel awesome. Thank you Cathy and thank you GC for booking me with her!

I remember two years ago getting up early to come and get my hair done for my sister's wedding. I felt like a princess! My hair was beautiful and so were my mom's, my sister's, the flower girls', and the brides maids' hair! I felt like I got V.I.P treatment! I still come back here to get my hair styled and look forward to it! My hair always comes out looking beautiful and I really don't trust my hair to anyone else! I'd like to thank all the staff at GC&A and I hope I've helped future brides decide on making their big day start out with a trip to GC&A! You won't be disappointed!

I just want to let you know what a great experience I had at your salon. Yesterday was my first visit there, and I am thrilled with my haircut. Joan is fabulous! I really appreciate her professionalism and expertise. She took the time to explain how to style my hair step-by-step. As a result, my hair looks as good today after I styled it myself, as it did when I left the salon. I was amazed! I am so happy that I have found Joan. She truly exceeded my expectations.

In the past 30+years, I have had my hair "done" by many so-called professionals. I can assure you that few stylist can measure up to Joan's skill. I hope you realize what an asset she is.

On Friday I was in Genuardi's and one of the cashier's (Theresa) was helping me. Her hair was gorgeous, really well cut, good condition and a lovely color. I told her how much I liked it and asked who & where she had it done. She said it was Tony at Gary Charles. I finished paying for my groceries, took them and loaded them into my car, and right there & then in the parking lot, I called 411 for Gary Charles Salon's number. I made my appointment with Tony for 10:00 am the next day.

When I arrived on Saturday morning, I couldn't believe that both parking lots on either side of the salon were full. I spent the next few minuted driving around then across the road and finally found a spot on the side street.

My first impression of the salon after walking up the stairs was a very clean, busy, professional salon. There was a young bridal or prom party excitedly bouncing around the reception area withe beautiful updo's and fresh makeup. There were women sitting in the area on the comfortable chairs. the colors of the salon are modern and exciting, and I immediately felt as ease by the warm, friendly welcome I received at the reception desk.

I filled out my "new client" paperwork, and didn't need to wait a moment longer before Tony came over to me and introduced himself. He took me through the salon to his station and we sat an talked about my hair. He listened to me, and gave me his suggestions, which I heartily agreed to.

Ashley shampooed my hair. She asked if the water was the right temperature, and gave me a gentle head massage too. Then she took me back over to Tony's station where he was waiting.

Tony made me feel completely confident in his work and I was not disappointed! My husband loves my hair, and told me so a few times during the day. My friends all commented on my hair, on how great it looks. Even my 6 year old son said my hair is so soft and pretty now.

On Sunday, my hair turned out even better! Instead of turning under, the ends flipped out and gave me a really hip look. We went to a Casino Night Benefit that evening, and I received many, many compliments again!

My entire experience with Gary Charles & Associates has been so positive. I have told many people to go to Tony for their next cut, and make sure they mention my name for your innovative Referral Program!! You'll be seeing me again, for sure.

I think your salon is the best in the area. I was a client of many salons however the last 10 yrs I have mainly been a client at Salon Norman Dee and Victoria V salon.
